Are your products authentic?
Yes, we are advised by our supplier that the products we sell are authentic. We deal in liquidation, past season, and surplus stocks.

Where are your products from?
Our products are sourced from agents from Macau, Hong Kong, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Peru and USA.

Am I able to choose colors and sizes?
Yes. Please let us know your requests and we will try our very best to match up to it. We usually try to match at least 70% of our customer’s requests.

I'm a first time buyer, and I am unsure of the quality of your products, can I purchase samples?
Sure! We would like our customers to know what they are buying from us. Hence, we would be more than glad to lower our min qty to 25pcs sample order (this excludes designer denims) for 1^st time buyers.

Do you offer price breaks on larger orders?
Please contact us for more details.

Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from New York for USA customers and UK for EU and UK customers.

Will I have to bear any additional costs (eg. Shipping costs, custom taxes/ VAT)?
No, our prices include shipping costs unless otherwise stated. As for custom taxes and VAT, there will be no additional import duties and taxes as goods are shipped from within the country (for US, UK and EU customers).

We have shipped to many other countries, such as Japan, Hong Kong, Australia without any duties imposed.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We believe in speedy delivery as this would only please our customers. We assure you that you will be satisfied with our delivery times.
Our estimated delivery time frame is 7 working days after payment is made and received. For those paying by bank transfer, please allow at least 3-5 working days for payment to reach our bank.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

Bank Transfer: IBAN / BIC SWIFT CODE will be provided upon confirmation of order.

Paypal: We are verified Business Users- 4% Surcharge may apply. We only accept Paypal from certain countries.

Moneybookers.com: Moneybookers is the UK version of Paypal and is a secured means of payment.

Google Checkout

Other: Western Union, MoneyGram.

What is your returns or exchange policy?

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and thus we will allow returns for faulty goods or wrong orders.

Are you able to provide any letters, certificates and/or proof of authenticity?

Please note that we are in no position whatsoever to provide any of the above to guarantee or prove authenticity of any goods.

3 Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to USA and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.

In order to contract with Apparel Wholesale LLC you must be over 18 years of age. Apparel Wholesale LLC retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Apparel Wholesale LLC or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Apparel Wholesale LLC is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

(c) Payment

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received. 

(d) Proof of authenticity

Goods do not come with any proof or certificate of authenticity. Apparel Wholesale LLC is unable and in no position to provide any letters, certificates, whatsoever in relation to authenticity of products.

(e) Legal issues in relation to the brand name of goods

Apparel Wholesale LLC is unable to provide any legal advice and/or is able to provide any authorisation for the sale of goods bought through the website.
